Not with support tickets, but I often getting 403 and 500 errors in the IBKR web interface. The last time was when I clicked on ‘Preview’ for a trade (that was 8 days ago, on a Friday afternoon).
And no, this is not the first time.
The consistently positive reviews everywhere surprise me. Sure, it’s inexpensive, but the IT keeps making me question whether I really want to keep a large portion of my assets there.
