I use Interactive Brockers and I use to buy some Vanguard Stocks.
First I have ton convert CHF to USD and I have choice to use IDEALPRO or FXCONV.
Can guys tel me which one is the most attractive to use for us ?

Doesn’t matter much in practice AFAIK.
One will “leave a trace” in your portfolio, in terms of CHF.USD pair, the other won’t.
