Form 1042-S received on Interactivebrokers, We have to fill it Switzerland?

Hi,
I am from Switzerland, living in Switzerland (not at all US citizen, never lived in USA) and I have an Interactivebrokers account (UK). Today I received a message from IBKR with FORM 1042-S (Foreign Person’s U.S. Source Income Subject to Withholding). Is it just for information or should I fill it? Thank you in advance for your answers and advices.
