Confused about a portfolio entry in IB

I am confused about the following entry in my portfolio in IB. What does this entry mean?

I usually convert my CHF to USD using convert currency option (phone app). But once I used the instrument CHF.USD or USD.CHF to convert ~ 10K CHF to USD. And bought ETFs with USD.

Have I mistakenly made a position on some currency pair? All the money I ever converted has been used to buy ETFs already.

On the phone app you can disable it by going to More -> Configuration -> Display -> Enable FX portfolio (uncheck)
