I know that a lot of entrepreneurs/directors have personal (paid) coaches or mentors. I wonder if people on this forum have coaches to help them? Personally, I have never worked with a coach

I work with a sports coach, since 2017. Helped me a lot.
I’m sort of on the other side. I’ve been mentoring a person at work who took over a position similar to mine. I’ve also had a mentor-like relationship with some of my managers before. I can highly recommend it. If you have a good mentor it can open new ways of thinking.
