Very helpful list, thanks for the effort. But, as you mentioned on Swiss money market funds:

No direct CHF-Bill purchasing at Swiss National Bank available, as is [possible at US Treasury](https://www.treasurydirect.gov/marketable-securities/treasury-bills/) - 100% fee-free.
