Can't access my ZAK account!

Hi, since one week already i can’t access to my ZAK account (message:ID/password invalid), i called already several times the Zak support and they are unable to help me.

Some of you had the same issue?


Same for me, I can’t login in the app… Weirdly enough I also had issues paying contactless the last few days but with the PIN it worked. I guess and hope it’s just a matter of time until they fix probably some IT issues.

I have no issue, just tried it.

The iPhone app did not work until a few days ago for the latest iOS version. Android had no problem
