good evening MPs, to buy Biontech stock, is there any significant disadavantage to buy the $22UA in Xtra(Frankfurt) in Euro instead of $BNTX in NYSE in USD? the USD one is more liquid with daily volume of more than 1M , the German one volume is 284k, I ask because I am short in USD and still have some Euro , PS. I use IBKR as broker, thanks

You should ask the question the other way round:
Is there a disadvantage in buying BNTX American Depository Receipts for Biontech, when you can buy the underlying in Europe?

Biontech’s Investor Relations webpage only shows the NYSE stock price curve and latest price…I don’t know why.
Also NYSE one is more liquid
